The Retreat is meant for you if youβre ready for spacious time to drop into yourself β and into a community β in adventurous, magical settings. Itβs for anyone who is eager to practice Collective Move + Flow daily, show up vulnerably, cultivate genuine connections with every participant, and fully immerse in the shared energy of the group. This isnβt just a group trip β itβs intentional, introspective travel β as part of a collective, and weβre so honored you want to join us.
We aren't a tour operator, travel agency or even a traditional yoga-heavy retreat like you'll find offered at your local studio. The Retreat blends the best of these worlds together to curate a collective, integrated experience. You'll find us practicing daily, going deep and heading home with new friendships, but not obsessing over headstands nor taking photos in tree pose on every mountain we summit.
We're humans (not expert yogis) who love to know the power of community and collective movement and use those as a tool for balanced, intentional travel.

What to expect β
Community
We seek to build bridges and create connections to people you never otherwise would have met. Our clients come solo, with friends, partners, parents, siblings, and long lost college roomies and many new friends stay connected post-retreat.
Collective Movement
Our retreats are specifically balanced so that physicality and movement through yoga, hiking, walking, etc. is a daily portion of your experience, but by no means all of it. These trips aren't for fitness pros, just for people who find joy in daily movement.
Wellness Rituals
Whether it be a dip in a geothermal hot spring, a cold plunge, sauna or Mayan Temezcal ceremony, we intentionally integrate water- and heat-based activities. Because, well, this sh*t heals (optional, of course).
Adventure
We love a coastal Icelandic hike through a wild blueberry field as much as we love swimming in Mexican cenotes with mermaid fins. Youβll be able to curate the adventure that suits you each day.
Growth
Through meditation, writing, wellness rituals, and movement modalities, we'll reflect on where we've been and where we're headed. Find energetic recharge, no matter what you've been through.
Balance
